About the Role
The Global Industrials Group (GIG) is a leading industrial investment banking team covering Transportation and Transport Infrastructure. This role involves working on large, cross-border deals and interacting daily with global colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Support origination and execution across the Transport Infrastructure sector
- Partner closely with senior bankers to develop client solutions and strategic opportunities
- Support day-to-day coverage of corporate and infrastructure fund clients
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout transaction execution
- Lead execution of M&A, equity, and debt financing transactions
- Manage due diligence and transaction workstreams
- Mentor and develop junior team members
Requirements
- 6–9 years of Investment Banking experience
- Transport Infrastructure / Transportation sector experience preferred
- Proven ability to engage directly with clients and drive execution
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment
