About the Role
Our New York office is seeking a second to fifth year Technology Transactions associate with big law or relevant in-house counsel experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of intellectual property law and demonstrated drafting and negotiation experience across a wide variety of technology transactions.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiation experience across a wide variety of technology transactions, including software, technology and content licenses, development agreements, professional services agreements, manufacturing, collaboration, supply and distribution agreements, and e-commerce, media, and entertainment transactions.
- Assisting on M&A and equity financing transactions, including drafting transaction agreements, and conducting IP due diligence.
Requirements
- Second to fifth year Technology Transactions associate.
- Big law or relevant in-house counsel experience.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property law.
- Demonstrated drafting and negotiation experience across a wide variety of technology transactions.
- Experience assisting on M&A and equity financing transactions, including drafting transaction agreements, and conducting IP due diligence is a plus.
- Admitted to the New York Bar.
