Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and services.
  • Build responsive user experiences using React, Next.js, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
  • Develop backend APIs and services using Java Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
  • Participate in technical design discussions and solution architecture reviews.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, Architects, and other software engineers.
  • Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Copilot CLI to accelerate software delivery.
  • Contribute to automated testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
  • Continuously improve engineering practices, developer productivity, and software quality.

Requirements

  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
  • Software Development: Knowledge of software development tools and activities; ability to produce software products or systems in line with product requirements.
  • Software Development Life Cycle: Knowledge of software development life cycle; ability to use a structured methodology for delivering and managing new or enhanced software products to the marketplace.
  • Software Product Design/Architecture: Knowledge of software product design; ability to convert market requirements into the software product design.
  • Software Product Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of technical aspects of a software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.
  • Software Product Testing: Knowledge of software product testing; ability to design, plan, and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure software product quality and adherence to stated requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience building and supporting production software applications.
  • Strong experience with modern software development practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Full Stack Development
  • Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend architectures.
  • Experience with Java Spring Boot, Node.js, REST services, and API design.
  • Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Vercel.
  • Understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, and modern application architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI development tools such as: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Copilot CLI, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor
  • Experience using AI tools to generate and refactor code, create automated tests, troubleshoot defects, produce technical documentation, and accelerate technical research and solution design.
  • Ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated solutions while maintaining high standards for quality, security, and maintainability.
