About the Role

The Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, sharing a love of beauty trends and product knowledge while ensuring a quick, easy, and fun customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Share beauty trends and product knowledge with customers.
• Ensure a quick, easy, and fun customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and stocked sales floor.
• Complete inventory processes accurately.
• Handle customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain the sales floor through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening.

Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting them above the head.
• Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
