About the Role

This role partners with business and technology teams to gather, integrate, analyze, and visualize data from multiple enterprise systems to deliver actionable insights and reporting solutions. The position will design and develop dashboards, reports, data models, and analytics products that support strategic decision-making, sales effectiveness, client management, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and supporting data and analytics solutions across Salesforce, nCino, PrecisionLender, Tableau, Snowflake, and Databricks platforms.
  • Leveraging modern cloud-based analytics tools and technologies to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.
  • Ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance standards are maintained.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting, CRM Analytics, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and enterprise data integration.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce, nCino, and PrecisionLender, including knowledge of underlying data structures, reporting capabilities, and business workflows.
  • Strong Tableau and Tableau Cloud development experience, including dashboard design, KPI frameworks, and data visualization best practices.
  • Experience with Snowflake and Databricks data engineering, semantic data modeling, and cloud-based analytics architectures.
  • Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, optimization, and analysis.
  • Experience using Python for analytics, automation, and data processing.
  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and modern cloud data architectures.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics capabilities, Agentforce, and emerging data automation technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and requirements into scalable analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience validating data quality, troubleshooting issues, and implementing data governance standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical partners.
  • Experience supporting commercial banking, business banking, wealth management, lending, or sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering analytics initiatives that produced measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, sales effectiveness, profitability improvements, or operational efficiencies.
  • Experience presenting analytics insights, recommendations, and performance trends to senior executives and business leaders.
