About the Role

As a working student in Grid Operations, you will support our team in all phases of our heat pump projects, gaining insights into the interfaces between technology, customer service, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the complete registration process (electricity and gas registrations) to ensure projects are connected quickly and smoothly.
• Maintain ongoing communication with grid operators, clarify queries, and ensure all documents and deadlines are met.
• Support the team in daily operations and help continuously improve operational processes in heat pump projects.
• Assist with daily customer contact, such as coordinating appointments, answering inquiries, or following up on customer cases.
• Support the review and documentation of grid and registration data, as well as communication with grid operators or energy suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams from technology, operations, and customer service to advance projects smoothly.
• Assist with maintaining and updating data and processes in the CRM system (Salesforce and Airtable).

Requirements

• Enrolled student, ideally in a technical or business-related field of study.
• Interest in the energy transition, heat pump technology, and digital processes.
• Careful, structured, and solution-oriented approach with a passion for teamwork.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, especially when dealing with customers and partners.
• Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn new subject areas.
• Proficient use of digital tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems, data platforms).
