About the Role
Morgan Properties is looking for a Service Technician to join our team at a 292-unit apartment community in Rochester, NY. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and well-kept environment for residents, working within a team that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and other maintenance-related issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance to help protect and preserve community assets.
- Ensure the interior and exterior of the property are maintained in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements.
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner while providing a positive resident experience.
- Keep residents and team members informed through clear, professional communication.
- Support the overall appearance, functionality, and upkeep of the community.
Requirements
- Active, valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
