About the Role
In this varied position, you will be a passionate host, taking care of our guests in the restaurant, at the bar, and at events and banquets. With your friendly demeanor, service orientation, and commitment, you will significantly contribute to our guests feeling completely at ease.
Responsibilities
- Heartfelt and professional care of our guests in the restaurant, at the bar, and at banquets and events.
- Serving food and beverages in compliance with our quality standards.
- Preparation, setup, and support of conferences, conventions, and events.
- Advising our guests on food and beverage selection and actively selling our offers.
- Ensuring smooth service operations in all F&B areas.
- Preparation and follow-up of service areas, including mise en place.
- Responsible handling of cash register systems and settlements.
- Adherence to hygiene, safety, and service standards according to HACCP.
- Close cooperation with the kitchen, service, and event teams.
- Contributing to the creation of special guest experiences through attentive and personal service.
Requirements
- Ideally, initial professional experience in the hotel, gastronomy, restaurant, bar, or event service industry.
- A warm host personality with a passion for interacting with guests.
- Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Strong service and quality orientation.
- Team spirit, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Good German language skills and basic English language skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Motivation, commitment, and passion for the hotel industry.
