About the Role

Support a strategic transformation initiative for a Banking Client within their mortgage business. This role will assess the current mortgage business, including products, servicing operations, third-party/vendor relationships, and overall operating model, working closely with senior business leaders to analyze findings and develop executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze mortgage business processes, products, and servicing operations
• Evaluate mortgage portfolio, product offerings, packaging/bundling strategies, and outsourcing models
• Gather and analyze business and operational data from multiple systems
• Document findings, business processes, and recommendations
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
• Partner with senior business stakeholders throughout the engagement
• Support strategic transformation initiatives, including M&A/integration analysis where applicable

Requirements

• 10+ years as a Business Analyst
• Deep experience within the mortgage industry
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing
• Strong knowledge of mortgage operations
• Strong knowledge of third-party servicing/vendors
• Experience supporting large business transformation initiatives
• Executive presentation and communication skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
