About the Role

The Partner Operations Quality team at FYUL is responsible for quality outcomes across third-party fulfillment partners worldwide. We set the standards, manage partner performance, and drive improvements impacting merchant and customer experience. This senior individual contributor role focuses on owning the embroidery quality agenda end-to-end, combining craft expertise, quality systems, and partner management.

Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and continuously raise quality standards and acceptance criteria for digitization output across all production partners.
  • Engage with digitization partners on quality, assessing output, running capability reviews, and driving performance improvement.
  • Build and own the quality measurement framework, identifying KPIs and metrics to track EMB and digitization quality performance.
  • Create digitization guidelines, SOPs, and technical briefs for internal teams and external partners.
  • Identify and drive improvements in how merchants and customers engage with embroidery, including design tool guidance and pre-submission quality checks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Merchant Success, and Product/Tech teams to align on quality initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate multiple internal and external stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Hands-on digitization expertise with professional software (Wilcom, Pulse, Hatch, or equivalent).
  • Deep knowledge of stitch types, underlay techniques, pull compensation, density settings, and fabric-specific requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience writing or owning digitization standards, quality acceptance criteria, or partner briefs.
  • Experience engaging with digitization partners on quality and working with production facilities on embroidery quality outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build QA scorecards, audit frameworks, and defect tracking systems.
  • Comfortable with data analysis to identify trends and support prioritization.
  • Excellent English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working across international production networks.
  • Ability to translate technical digitization constraints clearly for non-technical audiences.
