About the Role

This role sits within the Performance and Technology team, collaborating with marketing, communications, and commercial success teams to enhance processes and workflows. It focuses on leveraging data, technology, automation, and AI for practical implementation and measurable impact, aiming to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency for marketing and BD teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sector and Service Marketing, Communications and Commercial Success teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Design, optimize, and embed scalable marketing and BD operational processes, guidance, and standards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to use automation and AI to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Use operational data and performance insights to identify bottlenecks, prioritize improvements, and measure change impact.
  • Lead or support an agile test-and-learn approach to process innovation.
  • Contribute to the development of the Marketing Operations function through continuous improvement and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing operations, process improvement, enablement, or workflow optimization.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and business development team operations across campaign planning, digital activity, communications, execution, delivery, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies, simplify processes, and deliver operational improvements, including automation and AI solutions.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and delivery skills, using data to identify opportunities and measure impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and explain changes clearly.
  • Experience supporting change and embedding new ways of working.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and curious approach with a passion for continuous improvement and exploring new technologies.

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps (desirable).
  • Understanding of data structures and integrations across marketing technology platforms (desirable).
  • Experience implementing or configuring AI-enabled workflow tools (desirable).
