About the Role

Play a key role in the design and analysis of studies using real world healthcare data, such as electronic healthcare records, registries and claims databases. Bring a high level of scientific rigor and be motivated to work at the cutting edge of methods and RWE study designs, providing excellent service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a very high level of expertise in epidemiology, statistics or health data science/programming
• Contribute to the design and execution of RWE studies including proposal development, protocol development, SAP development, project management, programming (R/SQL/Python), quality control, and report writing.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a relevant role at a pharmaceutical company, CRO or consultancy
• Minimum 2:1 degree or better in a numerate or science subject
• Health-related Masters degree or PhD
• Excellent grounding in relevant methods with demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and delivering previous studies and projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Good presentation skills and the ability to explain complex issues to others
• Excellent report writing skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and be highly competent in the use of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills and able to coordinate the work of multi-disciplinary teams with ease
• Mindset to thrive in a growing and dynamic team, comfortable leading on day-to-day project activities
• Initiative in every aspect of your work and creative in developing original solutions to problems
