About the Role
Play a key role in the design and analysis of studies using real world healthcare data, such as electronic healthcare records, registries and claims databases. Bring a high level of scientific rigor and be motivated to work at the cutting edge of methods and RWE study designs, providing excellent service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a very high level of expertise in epidemiology, statistics or health data science/programming
- Contribute to the design and execution of RWE studies including proposal development, protocol development, SAP development, project management, programming (R/SQL/Python), quality control, and report writing.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a relevant role at a pharmaceutical company, CRO or consultancy
- Minimum 2:1 degree or better in a numerate or science subject
- Health-related Masters degree or PhD
- Excellent grounding in relevant methods with demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and delivering previous studies and projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Good presentation skills and the ability to explain complex issues to others
- Excellent report writing skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and be highly competent in the use of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills and able to coordinate the work of multi-disciplinary teams with ease
- Mindset to thrive in a growing and dynamic team, comfortable leading on day-to-day project activities
- Initiative in every aspect of your work and creative in developing original solutions to problems
