About the Role
The GTM Enablement team equips Datadog’s Sales and Customer Success teams with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools. The Program Management team within Sales Enablement defines, manages, and measures Datadog’s global go-to-market motion, solving complex challenges that impact go-to-market effectiveness. As a Senior Program Manager, you will design, plan, and execute complex, global, cross-functional programs that change how Go-to-Market teams operate at a systems level, owning the end-to-end enablement process and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned enablement programs end-to-end, including strategy, project plans, success criteria, timelines, and delivery.
- Diagnose performance gaps and translate field findings into multi-faceted strategies spanning curriculum, field, systems, and process.
- Partner closely with Sales Enablement stakeholders to deliver measurable results.
- Drive relationships with senior stakeholders across various departments to negotiate objectives and deliverables for global programs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and pilot change management programs and ensure adoption at scale.
- Contribute to broader GTM transformation initiatives, including sales methodology, GTM playbooks, tooling, and process enablement.
- Design and analyze metrics to measure change adoption and business impact, presenting findings to leadership.
- Identify opportunities for new or updated programs based on regional and segment needs.
- Connect program outcomes to seller and CSM productivity, delivering clear read-outs to leadership.
- Mentor and develop junior Program Management ICs, providing feedback on program design and stakeholder management.
- Design AI-enhanced program tracking and reporting, use AI to synthesize field feedback, and help define team standards for responsible AI use.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in program management, change management, sales enablement, strategy & operations, systems design, or a related field.
- Proven track record of measurable adoption outcomes.
- Deep expertise in change management and program design.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs across global teams with limited guidance.
- Highly data-driven, comfortable analyzing business metrics, running surveys, in-field investigations, and interviews.
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to build alignment and drive adoption without formal authority.
- Clear and compelling communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity, influence senior leaders, and inspire behavior change.
- Familiarity with sales and CS workflows, methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Change management certification such as PROSCI/ADKAR is valued.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce and Tableau/Metabase is a plus.
- Working knowledge of frameworks such as FETCH and MEDDICC is a plus.
