About the Role
Manage, expand, and retain a portfolio of existing major relationships across multiple industries in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all high-value clients within the portfolio.
- Understand the payments landscape and client processing environments to offer tailored payment solutions.
- Collaborate with partner/business teams to implement projects, provide strategic support, and resolve operational issues.
- Lead pricing and contract renewals using entrepreneurial and negotiation skills.
- Maintain knowledge of the payments landscape and educate clients and business partners on Chase products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, marketing or other related fields, or relevant work experience.
- Typically 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or contract negotiations.
- Knowledge of Payments Processing industry and procedures.
- Ability to enhance revenue and market share through effective relationship management.
- Experience overseeing projects or managing portfolios is an asset.
- Ability to analyze and research to resolve issues.
