About the Role
As an Assistant General Manager, you will learn to manage your own site, assisting the Site General Manager with daily car wash operations. You will ensure the site meets inventory, equipment, service, and safety standards, while also hiring, training, coaching, and developing Teammates.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Site General Manager with all daily car wash operations.
- Meet inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards.
- Deliver a convenient, consistent, exceptional car wash experience for customers.
- Address customer claims when they occur.
- Assist with hiring, training, coaching, managing, and developing Teammates.
- Uphold company values by setting the example in all car wash activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
- Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example.
- Organize time, work, and team to complete varying responsibilities.
- Achieve results independently and work collaboratively with the team.
- Proactively and creatively find solutions to operational and people challenges.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of management experience in a service-related business.
- Car wash experience preferred, but not required.
