About the Role
El Pastor is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee daily operations, manage the floor, and support the team in a high-volume Mexican taqueria environment. The role involves ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of food and drink quality.
Responsibilities
- Help to train and develop new team members
- Cashing up and end of day reporting
- Managing the daily operation of the floor and supporting the team within it
- Managing and exceeding guest expectations
- Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
- Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care
- Design and hold inspiring and informative briefings
- Responsible for a safe opening and closing of the restaurant
- Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
- Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- 1 year experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong command of English language
- Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
- A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must
