The E-commerce Lister creates listings for products sold online to meet department standards and daily production and revenue goals.

Inspect each item to determine key details and flaws.
Photograph each item to visibly communicate all details about each item to potential bidders/customers.
Write clear and concise item listings that communicate all critical details about an item to potential bidders/customers.
Research products prior to listing as needed.
Accurately use grammar, spelling, and punctuation in item listings.
Assign each product to a relevant inventory location.
Meet department production goals for listing items.
Develop personal product base of knowledge to reduce the need for detailed research.
Perform research as needed to provide accurate and robust product descriptions.
Adhere to the established standard of quality for item descriptions and item photographs.
Respond promptly to customer service requests as needed.
Cross-train in other functions of store operations and assist as needed in other areas of the store.
Work the set schedule in support of the department, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to all donors and customers.
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including the production area.
Maintain a professional appearance adhering to the established dress code.
Comply with all GCT policies, including reporting theft or misuse of company property or other illegal activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
Must be able to multi-task to meet daily production quotas.
Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher.
Must be able to read, write, understand, and follow directions in English.
Ability to develop personal product knowledge base.
Prior eCommerce or online selling experience preferred.
Previous thrift industry experience preferred.
Prior experience with online research for identifying collectibles preferred.
Prior digital photography experience preferred.
Highly skilled with Windows PC and operating system.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times.
Must be able to stand, bend, and twist for eight hours.
Frequently exposed to airborne particles.
