About the Role
The Concessions Prep will support the Back of the House Team Lead in fulfilling the daily requirements of the kitchen for events. This role ensures company standards are met regarding product quality and cleanliness, and communicates product levels and equipment problems. The position requires adherence to Health Department standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all Department of Health Regulations and maintain Health Department standards.
- Follow all Alcohol Service Guidelines.
- Support the Back of the House Team Lead in fulfilling the daily requirements of the kitchen for events.
- Make product available at all Food & Beverage stands throughout events.
- Ensure company standards are met such as quality of product and cleanliness.
- Communicate product levels and equipment problems.
- Follow Health Dept. standards and procedures.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Prepare all hot food items.
- Deliver prepared hot food items to concession stands.
- Restock hot food stands once they are depleted.
- Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
Requirements
- Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of kitchen experience.
- Will have proven work history of above average work performance.
- Proven guest service skills are required.
- Must be extremely detail oriented and have a team mentality.
- Must be comfortable with heights and heavy lifting due to stocking of work areas.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks, and display excellent internal and external customer service is essential.
- Able to walk and stand during the entire shift.
- Must be receptive to working outside in inclement weather and extreme temperatures.
- Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
