About the Role
El Pastor is seeking a Supervisor to support colleagues on the floor, assist Managers, and ensure exceptional quality service is consistently delivered. This role involves following opening and closing procedures, maintaining good knowledge of menus, ingredients, and allergens, and adhering to all Food Safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory role
- One year's experience working in a high-volume bar or Restaurant in London
