About the Role
As a Marketing Manager with Bon Appetit at Emory University, you will be the creative force behind making every dining experience feel exciting, memorable, and on-brand. You will lead marketing efforts for a high-visibility campus dining portfolio, crafting campaigns that engage, delight, and educate the Emory community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that promote campus dining programs, events, and initiatives.
- Own social media, digital communications, and on-site marketing content.
- Partner with culinary and operations teams to spotlight menu offerings, promotions, and sustainability initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate campus events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with campus partners and student organizations.
- Analyze marketing performance and guest feedback.
- Collaborate with the Image + Style team to shape customer experience initiatives.
- Utilize the activation toolkit and manage small-scale design projects.
- Recommend onsite customer experience updates.
- Ensure all account site content is accurate, on-brand, and polished.
- Manage guest communications across social media, emails, surveys, and website updates.
- Oversee all video and image assets.
Requirements
- BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally including hospitality or food & beverage 'in-house' marketing.
- A proactive, assertive approach to spotting and capturing growth opportunities.
- Creative and strategic thinking.
- Proven track record of data-informed marketing decisions, with full campaign ownership and reporting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and WordPress.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to build strong professional partnerships.
- A genuine passion for exceptional food & beverage experiences and market-leading hospitality.
