About the Role
As a Supermarket Assistant, you will provide Partner-led service and passion for food to customers, ensuring a positive brand experience. Any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £3.75 per hour. This vacancy is for Chiswick and New Malden ONLY. Permanent, part-time roles are available (8-13.75 hours per week).
Responsibilities
- Stock replenishment to ensure shelves are full and products are correctly placed.
- Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery.
- Reducing wastage by managing products nearing their sell-by dates.
- Supporting the wider shop team, including checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment through general shopkeeping tasks.
Requirements
- Communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role is welcomed.
- Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends.
- Flexible approach to support the whole branch.
- Ability to meet location requirements.
- Provide working hours availability, including minimum-maximum contract hours.
