About the Role

The Senior Producer of Marketing Production plays a central role in the execution of branded video programs for fashion and luxury clients, managing the entire process from pre-production through post-production. This role ensures the quality of the finished product and acts as a key liaison between various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Produce several concurrent branded video campaigns across multiple brands, focusing on Vogue, GQ, Vanity Fair, and Teen Vogue.
  • Bring creative visions to life on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage all aspects of complex productions, including sourcing talent, locations, vendors, writers, and freelancers.
  • Create production timelines and budgets, and manage client and internal stakeholder review processes.
  • Lead shoots, either on set or remotely.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, Editorial, Legal, and Production Management teams for seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, talent representatives, production vendors, and freelance crews.
  • Lead internal and client-facing communications, providing clear updates on timelines, deliverables, feedback, logistics, and approvals.
  • Ensure all productions adhere to brand standards, legal requirements, union guidelines, and company protocols.
  • Mentor Associate Producers and enforce the Condé Code.
  • Problem-solve daily.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of production experience at a publisher, agency, or production company.
  • Experience in producing digital long-form video, social-first campaigns, and/or influencer-led executions.
  • Experience producing branded video is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with the Fashion and Luxury spaces, or experience producing for similar clients, is a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and remotely.
  • Proficient in writing client-facing and executive-facing emails.
  • Ability to work across a complex and matrixed organization.
  • Positive attitude and solutions-oriented collaborative style.
  • Ability to juggle many concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
