About the Role

As a full-service provider in the real estate sector, C&W's PDS department offers holistic management of expansion and construction projects, guiding clients from leasing to turnkey handover and providing expert advice across all departments. The PDS department also offers interior design & workplace design, as well as general planning and construction services to round out its offerings and ensure comprehensive client support. Projects for this position are primarily located in Berlin and the surrounding area. In addition to the office sector, the PDS team also supports clients in the logistics, industrial, retail, and hotel sectors with project implementation as project managers. The spectrum ranges from large, multi-year contracts to small, highly complex, and time-critical projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support project management of national and international expansion projects in office, hotel, logistics, and/or industrial use classes.
  • Participate in projects from the initiation phase to handover and collaborate closely with internal office leasing advisors on project planning.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents, the awarding of construction services, and support negotiations and the awarding of external planning services.
  • Represent the client in key project phases (planning, tendering, execution, and handover).
  • Support the coordination of the planning team (internal and/or external) and lead project teams from the initial phase to handover to the user.
  • Assist in the implementation of innovative architectural, workplace, and usage concepts.
  • Build relationships with investors, owners, and users.

Requirements

  • A degree in Architecture/Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a (technical) real estate-related field of study.
  • Knowledge in the area of architectural and engineering services.
  • Knowledge in the area of commercial real estate is desirable.
  • Professional demeanor, high sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and teamwork ability.
  • Flexibility, organizational talent, and assertiveness.
  • Experience with CAD programs.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and travel.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Confident command of MS Office and MS Project.
  • International experience and/or intercultural competence are desirable.
