About the Role

We are looking for a growth-focused Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to join our growing International Tax team.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a transfer pricing team in the local market.
- Act as a growth catalyst and brand ambassador for RSM, bringing new clients and opportunities to the firm.
- Actively participate in growth activities in the local market.
- Expand services to existing clients of the firm, including transfer pricing and other tax, audit, and consulting services.
- Run client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing tax and transfer pricing projects and managing to budget.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff on tax and transfer pricing projects and assess staff performance.
- Evaluate and advise clients on intercompany transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans.
- Conduct financial and economic analyses of multinational and domestic corporations.
- Perform industry and market research, economic valuations, comparative financial benchmarking, and report documentation.
- Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance using MS Word, Excel, and various statistical sampling packages.
- Review and analyze GAAP financial statements.
- Contribute to thought leadership materials.
- Proactively interact with key client management to gather information, resolve tax and transfer pricing related problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements.
- Provide planning assistance, audit defense/resolution, and prepare documentation.
- Manage teams to produce client deliverables.
- Enhance technical skills by remaining up to date on trends, new legislative developments, and tax authority decisions, and apply them to complex client situations.
Requirements
- Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
- Requires one of the following: Enrolled Agent, Certified Public Accountant, Juris Doctor, Chartered Financial Analyst.
- Requires an Advanced degree in Economics, Business, International Relations, International Affairs, Tax, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Requires a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive tax and transfer pricing experience in public accounting, consulting, or academia.
- Requires experience in several of the following areas: transfer pricing documentation studies, transfer pricing planning and design, financial statements analysis, valuations, quantitative and competitive analysis, statistical sampling and econometrics, strategy evaluation, and/or operational performance analysis.
- Requires experience with tax audits and dealing with tax authorities.
- Requires four years of supervisory experience.
- Requires ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to local client sites.
- Ability to manage conflicting demands and priorities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong tax accounting skills with proficiency in GAAP.
- Strong research and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tax software and technology.
- Strong English speaking and writing skills.
- Excellent managerial, organizational, project management, analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
- Interest in expanding market development skills.

- $149,800 - $301,400
