About the Role
The Network Development team contributes to the strategic vision on the evolution of our boutique network strategy as well as investigates and implements new areas of potential business for Cartier North-America.
Responsibilities
- Develop boutique footprint strategy.
- Analyze market environment including competition, macro-economics, and real estate development.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence from boutique managers and regionals.
- Provide recommendations for renovation planning and network evolution.
- Confirm market potential using market research and performance data.
- Identify and propose optimal locations for boutiques.
- Build investment requests for headquarters for validated locations.
- Develop presentations for market strategies, findings, and business forecasts.
- Collaborate with Finance on P&L scenarios.
- Finalize investment requests and monitor their approval.
- Develop Retail/Design briefs in partnership with boutique teams for approved projects.
- Maintain tracking of retail leases.
- Partner with Finance and Construction on the CAPEX 3-year plan.
- Provide data and business analytics reports to support the existing network.
- Identify new business opportunities for Cartier while preserving brand equity.
- Contribute to new initiative planning, including objectives, ROI, and scheduling.
- Lead the development and roll-out of new initiatives with internal teams.
Requirements
- Consulting, financial analysis, project management background.
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and outside-the-box thinking.
- Ability to present recommendations in an executive manner.
- Ability to produce sophisticated decks and materials for business functions.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills balancing technical and creative collaboration.
- Excellent listening and communication skills with problem-solving abilities.
