About the Role
As a RevOps Data Analyst, you will be the analytical engine driving our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution. You will translate data into powerful, usable insights that shape the future of our revenue organization. You will own our data models, maintain our reporting infrastructure, and track key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
- Mine, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, build predictive data models, and deliver high-impact strategic insights.
- Define, track, and report on key leading and lagging performance indicators for the RevOps and broader GTM organizations.
- Own and manage the deployment of interactive dashboards, documentation of data definitions, and overall reporting infrastructure to ensure a single source of truth.
- Partner closely with other business units (such as Finance) to support data requests, align key metrics, and streamline cross-functional workflows.
- Translate intricate data findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional work experience in data analysis, data science, or revenue operations.
- Proven experience working directly within a RevOps or GTM function (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success operations).
- Demonstrated experience building sophisticated data models, managing data definitions, and maintaining BI infrastructure.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience managing enterprise BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
