About the Role
As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will collaborate with the store team to promote hearing services and drive business growth. You will provide expert recommendations on hearing aids based on clinical assessments and lifestyle needs while maintaining high standards of clinical care and aftercare in compliance with regulatory policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert diagnostic audiology assessments and rehabilitation services
- Dispense hearing aids and ensure high-quality aftercare
- Promote hearing services within M&S to build customer awareness and business growth
- Ensure compliance with HCPC, BSA, and BAA guidelines and company policies
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professional and ethical standards
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to enhance the customer journey
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Familiarity with HCPC, BSA, and BAA guidelines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong clinical knowledge
