About the Role
The ecowindow Group is digitizing the window and door market and is looking for someone to organize and shape internal processes within the office. This role offers real responsibility and the opportunity to contribute ideas in a small, agile team.
Responsibilities
- Organize office workflows and keep processes running smoothly.
- Serve as the point of contact for all organizational matters.
- Perform preparatory bookkeeping, including checking incoming and outgoing invoices and preparing documents.
- Monitor open items and support the dunning process.
- Handle HR tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, contract preparation, and team organization.
- Improve and automate processes as a liaison to management, with a focus on employee ideas.
Requirements
- An organized and meticulous approach to work, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A commercial background, such as an apprenticeship, degree, or professional experience in an office or commercial field.
- Comfort with numbers and an aptitude for digital tools.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
