About the Role
This role involves embedding with client teams to understand real-world processes and translate them into production-grade agentic AI workflows. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical implementation, building and shipping functional workflows that drive measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Embed with client teams to understand how work actually happens, shadowing operators and mapping processes.
- Break down complex business processes into agentic workflows, designing automation and human-in-the-loop steps.
- Build production-grade agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.
- Build integrations to client data and operational systems.
- Enable core platform capabilities for engagements, such as retrieval and prompt versioning.
- Design evaluation and guardrails to ensure workflow trustworthiness in enterprise settings.
- Run working sessions and demos to maintain stakeholder buy-in.
- Document built systems for client handover and extension.
- Contribute reusable patterns and building blocks back to the company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including prompting, function calling, and multi-step workflows beyond the prototype stage.
- Strong integration skills with real systems via REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and databases.
- Proficiency in Python, including async patterns, API design, and data pipeline reliability.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data systems.
- Client-facing or cross-functional skills to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A bias toward shipping working solutions.
- Production experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) or custom orchestration.
- Experience with RAG systems, including chunking, embeddings, vector stores, and re-ranking.
