About the Role
We are hiring our first dedicated Integrations Product Manager to own how hotel data flows into Inn-Flow. Hotel management companies run on a fragmented landscape of property management systems (PMS), and the revenue, occupancy, and statistical data those systems produce is the foundation of everything Inn-Flow does. Your job is to eliminate manual data entry by owning the strategy and roadmap for PMS integrations, partnering closely with Engineering, PMS vendors, and customer-facing teams. This is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Chief Product Officer.
Responsibilities
- Own the integration roadmap, defining which property management systems to connect to and deepen, prioritized by customer portfolio coverage, revenue impact, and effort.
- Map the PMS landscape, maintaining a clear view of platforms, data exposure, and connection methods (API, file transfer, partner/aggregator).
- Make build-vs-partner decisions, weighing direct integrations against third-party aggregators and middleware.
- Own the pipelines that automate the capture of nightly revenue, occupancy, and statistical data from PMS into Inn-Flow.
- Define how PMS data maps into Inn-Flow’s systems and own the customer experience for reviewing and approving data.
- Establish monitoring, reconciliation, error handling, and alerting for integration feeds.
- Manage technical and working relationships with PMS vendors and data partners.
- Drive partnerships and API access to expand system coverage and onboard properties efficiently.
- Work with customers, Implementation, and Support to understand data pain points and automation opportunities.
- Turn integration needs into clear requirements, partner with Engineering through delivery, and ensure customer adoption.
- Track integration coverage, automation rate, data accuracy, and time-to-connect to inform prioritization.
Requirements
- 3+ years in product management in a B2B SaaS environment, with meaningful time spent on integrations, APIs, platform, or data products.
- Hands-on experience shipping integrations or data pipelines, understanding REST APIs, webhooks, and file-based transfer (SFTP/CSV).
- Fluency with data structure, mapping, and normalization, with a focus on accuracy.
- AI-first mentality for accelerating integration work and solving complex data problems.
- Strong cross-functional instincts to build trust and drive work without formal authority.
- Excellent written communication skills for explaining technical trade-offs and status to any audience.
- A bias for action, high ownership, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, EOS-driven environment.
