About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage and oversee high-quality commercial properties for our institutional clients. This role involves tenant communication, budget management, and developing strategies for value enhancement. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers, and be willing to travel for project-related business.
Responsibilities
- Independent management and administration of high-quality commercial properties for our mostly institutional clients.
- Handling tenant communication regarding all rights and obligations arising from the lease agreement.
- Creation and management of property budgets and reports.
- Development of income and cost optimization measures for sustainable value appreciation.
- Close collaboration with technical property management and accounting, as well as management of external service providers.
- Willingness for project-related business trips to manage properties and attend on-site appointments.
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship in the real estate industry or a relevant degree.
- First experiences in property management, ideally in the commercial sector, are advantageous.
- Willingness to take responsibility, high level of self-discipline, and healthy ambition.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, English proficiency is desirable.
