About the Role

EPI is changing the way Europe pays with Wero, a digital wallet making payments simple, seamless, and secure. As a Student Worker, you will support the Member Experience team by defining and analyzing user research activities to enhance member experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and analyze end-to-end user research activities to support the member experience team.
  • Plan and run usability studies.
  • Coordinate with project managers after go-lives.
  • Ensure user insights directly feed implementation improvements.
  • Design research studies.
  • Prepare test materials.
  • Manage participant recruitment and quality.
  • Oversee unmoderated testing in UserTesting.
  • Monitor tests as they run and adjust when needed.
  • Ensure smooth logistics from setup to completion.
  • Analyze results, review recordings, and identify usability issues.
  • Capture evidence and turn findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Produce concise reports and maintain a research log.
  • Create materials for internal and member-facing sessions.
  • Focus analysis on impact.
  • Collaborate with Design, Product, Marketing, and other teams to align on research priorities.
  • Translate insights into recommendations.
  • Help strengthen user-centered decision-making across the organization.
  • Contribute to quality and governance.
  • Maintain consistent testing templates.
  • Ensure data quality.
  • Manage UserTesting administration.
  • Keep a simple playbook so the research process can be replicated by others.

Requirements

  • Experience in UX/User Research or related field.
  • Strong skills in research design, qualitative analysis, and basic quantification of findings.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex feedback into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for written reports and presentation decks.
  • Comfortable collaborating with Design & Product teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple studies in parallel.
  • Experience working with financial services / payments / fintech products.
  • Knowledge of Figma/Miro and common product/design workflows.
  • Experience with continuous discovery processes.
  • Familiarity with Confluence and Jira for documentation and follow-through on issues.
