About the Role

Operators shall perform all necessary activities to provide the highest quality sterile drug products to customers in a timely manner, following all Pine Pharmaceuticals Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to sterile processing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aseptic processing skills and demonstrate competency upon completion of training and every three months thereafter.
• Complete aseptic garbing and gowning.
• Compound sterile products.
• Clean and maintain aseptic compounding facilities.
• Operate and maintain equipment in sterile compounding areas.
• Utilize environmental monitoring and equipment as outlined in SOPs.
• Maintain current cGMP related training.
• Observe all environmental, health, and safety policies.
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by management.
• Maintain proper documentation in appropriate logbooks and batch records.
• Become qualified in 1-2 processes outlined in the Operations Growth Chart.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cleanroom experience is a plus.

Skills

• Familiarity with cGMP and USP<797> requirements.
• Ability to perform continuous repetitive motion of hands/wrist, including gripping, capping, and filling syringes.
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work with others.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
