About the Role
We are seeking an Online Marketing Manager specializing in E-mail Marketing to join our team as a parental leave replacement. This role is crucial for developing and executing targeted CRM and e-mail marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and expand our reach.
Responsibilities
- Conceive, plan, and execute customer-specific CRM and e-mail marketing campaigns throughout the customer journey.
- Develop and manage automated marketing and communication workflows.
- Create and implement strategies for customer retention, reactivation, and ongoing relationship management.
- Design and execute campaigns for lead generation and to grow our e-mail subscriber list.
- Plan, create, and coordinate content for all e-mail marketing initiatives.
- Independently create, maintain, and optimize e-mail newsletters, including text, image, and campaign management.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for continuous performance measurement and data-driven optimization of all CRM and e-mail marketing activities.
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree or vocational training with a focus on communication, marketing, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in CRM and e-mail marketing.
- Good knowledge of newsletter and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of customer-centric communication and data-driven marketing.
- High level of initiative, creativity, and enthusiasm for implementing ideas.
- Structured, independent, and results-oriented work approach.
- Openness to new topics and willingness to contribute to a dynamic marketing environment.
- Strong team and communication skills.
