About the Role
In this entry-level role, you will pull critical data, run reports, and manage the administration that ensures stock moves from suppliers to customers. This is an opportunity for a numbers person who loves fashion and wants to be involved in the running of a global fashion brand.
Responsibilities
- Run, manage, and maintain Intake reporting crucial for buying and merchandising teams.
- Manage data integrity across multiple aspects to support accurate forecasting and reporting, including proactive analysis of freight costings, shipment modes, and intake dates.
- Identify data errors and collaborate across departments for swift corrections.
- Provide admin reporting and participate in weekly calls with warehouse teams to support operations like RTVs, inbound queries, and stock adjustments.
- Generate delivery reporting and analysis for forecasting for all UK and EU stores.
- Identify errors and anomalies to support stores in receiving successful stock deliveries.
- Support buying and merchandising teams with training on carrier platforms and other supply chain reporting tools.
Requirements
- Comfortable managing data and numbers in Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly when priorities shift.
- Ability to maintain composure during busy periods and proactively anticipate departmental needs.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate with teams to swiftly fix errors and prevent future issues.
- Ability to provide training to prevent errors.
- Strong cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Approachable style and clear communication.
- Pride in managing daily administrative reporting.
- Ability to maintain and analyze accurate data to ensure business success.
