About the Role
Wellbridge is dedicated to providing patient-centered care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. This role focuses on delivering compassionate service in a cafeteria setting while maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and guests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain cleanliness and proper settings for dining and service areas
- Review daily menus and assist with food plating and portion control
- Monitor patient dietary needs and report unusual eating habits to the FSD
- Follow proper food storage, labeling, and stock rotation practices
- Perform scheduled cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Ensure condiments and supplies are stocked for upcoming meals
- Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a positive, patient-first attitude
- Remove trash and maintain a safe, culturally sensitive environment
Requirements
- Ability to read and understand directions and menus
- Ability to follow food safety standards and operate kitchen equipment
- Ability to lift and carry food orders and supplies up to 30lbs
- Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment
- Ability to stand for the majority of the work shift
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
