Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage warehouse automation technologies in real time
- Troubleshoot robotic systems and resolve operational interruptions
- Use tablets or mobile devices to interact directly with robotic equipment
- Escalate complex issues and track system performance
- Investigate root causes of system failures and contribute to continuous improvement
- Support overall warehouse flow by ensuring systems are operating efficiently
- Utilize internal applications to monitor system health and performance
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active warehouse environment
- Ability to interact with web-based systems and applications
- Mechanical aptitude or technical curiosity is a big plus
- Experience with Microsoft SQL or data systems (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with tools, safety equipment, or working at heights is helpful
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working at heights up to 60 feet when necessary
- Ability to step over, under, and navigate steel rail systems
