About the Role
The Analyst role is based in the London EPM team, focusing on the delivery of Pigment implementations for clients across the Insurance, Asset Management, and Banking sectors. The position involves supporting the full implementation life-cycle, from requirements documentation to unit testing and client support, with opportunities to expand into broader advisory and technology partnership projects.
Responsibilities
- Support Solution Architects throughout Pigment implementations
- Document requirements during discovery sessions
- Implement designs proposed by Solution Architects with minimal guidance
- Communicate project status, risks, and concerns to the internal team
- Collaborate with clients during the build phase to ensure requirements are met
- Perform unit testing on configurations
- Document builds and support clients during User Acceptance Testing
- Articulate technical concepts to clients in layman's terms
- Address client questions and requests in a timely manner
- Contribute to team discussions and adapt to challenging situations
- Support presales, accelerator development, and project methodology documentation
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant consulting or functional finance industry experience
- University degree in Maths, Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Strong Excel literacy
- Passion for logical, structured problem solving
- Results-oriented, motivated self-starter
- Eagerness to learn new skillsets and embrace ambiguity
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients
