Responsibilities
- Server, network, WLAN, and internet connection support
- Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud service administration
- PC, notebook, smartphone, and printer support
- Backup, security, and update management
- Point of contact for IT-related questions for full-time and volunteer staff
- Processing, prioritizing, and tracking incoming requests via the ticket system
- Analyzing and resolving technical issues
- Support for events, meetings, and workshops
- Developing a modern IT landscape
- Planning future IT investments
Requirements
- Understanding IT as a service and enjoying supporting people with technical challenges
- Team spirit and a desire to digitally support and develop Berlin football
- Completed vocational training or a degree in IT, or comparable qualification through practical work experience
- Knowledge in networks, end-user device management, and IT security
- Willingness to provide technical support at association events or larger events
- Willingness to go the extra mile for the team

About the Company
- The Berliner Fußball-Verband e. V. (BFV) is one of 21 regional associations of the German Football Association, with approximately 400 clubs and around 230,000 members.
- The BFV's administrative office is located in the association's own Haus des Fußballs in Berlin-Halensee.
- The BFV operates its own sports school in Berlin-Wannsee, featuring 26 rooms, a catering area, seminar facilities, sports fields, and lounge areas with year-round guest operations.
