About the Role

Jung von Matt SPREE is seeking a German-speaking Project Manager (d/f/m) to serve as a reliable hub between clients, creative teams, and service departments. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience with all relevant media, a strong understanding of clients and markets, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Independently plan, manage, and control projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Lead, advise, and support clients as their trusted day-to-day contact.
  • Organize and facilitate briefing and coordination meetings with the creative team, internal departments, and external partners.
  • Prepare budgets, cost calculations, effort estimates, and project timelines, while monitoring project progress and resource allocation.
  • Prepare, deliver, and follow up on presentations in coordination with senior stakeholders and management.
  • Monitor production schedules, media plans, and project deliverables for timely and high-quality execution.
  • Conduct market research, market monitoring, and competitor analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support the development of regular performance reports and the collection of relevant project and campaign data.
  • Monitor project performance, efficiency, costs, and profitability through budget tracking and utilization analyses.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal standards, templates, and briefing documents.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, filing, and other essential administrative project management tasks.
  • Mentor, train, and support junior team members and interns.

Requirements

  • At least three years of professional experience.
  • Confident in dealing with all relevant media.
  • Solid understanding of agency and production processes and workflows across relevant communication channels.
  • Understanding of the collaboration between client management, strategy, creative, media, and production teams, as well as external partners.
  • Hands-on experience delivering projects across multiple communication channels, including social media, online, and offline media.
  • Good understanding of clients, brands, and their business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of project requirements and how to translate them into effective project execution.
  • Basic understanding of market research, competition law, and client contracts, including commercial and billing parameters.
  • Appreciation for creative processes and ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
  • Confident in structuring, preparing, and delivering professional presentations.
  • Native German speaker.
  • Very good English language skills.
