About the Role

We are hiring Key Account Directors to own and grow our most strategically important accounts. This role sits at the intersection of strategic sales, customer success, and account management, acting as the face of Junior within a flagship account. The mission is to expand Junior from a CDD tool into a platform used across the entire organization by identifying new business lines, building executive relationships, and significantly increasing account value.

Responsibilities

  • Own a single flagship account end-to-end, responsible for revenue growth, retention, expansion, and executive relationships.
  • Expand Junior beyond CDD into new practice areas and business lines, identifying where solutions solve real workflow problems, knowledge management challenges, and output generation needs.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with Partners, Managing Directors, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute an account growth plan to 5-10x account value with clear milestones and expansion opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the account internally, working closely with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles for new products, from identifying use cases to deployment and adoption.
  • Coordinate large-scale rollouts of new Junior solutions across new teams and geographies.
  • Travel regularly to client offices (UK, Europe, US) to maintain relationships and drive engagement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience at or selling into target accounts (BCG, EY, PwC, or similar Big 4 / MBB firms).
  • Deep knowledge of the firm's organizational structure, decision-making processes, and strategic priorities.
  • Existing network of senior relationships (Partner / MD level and above) within the target firm.
  • Track record of growing large enterprise accounts or driving significant commercial outcomes.
  • Understanding of consulting and professional services workflows across multiple business lines.
  • Strategic thinker and doer, capable of developing account plans and executing sales activities.
  • Comfortable with a heavily commercial, results-driven role with a significant revenue share component.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong product instinct to identify and articulate the value of AI tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in ambiguity and building new processes.
  • Active interest in AI and its impact on consulting and professional services.
