About the Role
As a Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will represent the brand's image and values, taking full responsibility for effectively managing store operations and the team. We are looking for a great manager who will make the store even more attractive and be innovative and creative in supporting Levi Strauss & Co.'s mission.
Responsibilities
- Achieve store profit and loss targets by seizing profit opportunities and taking actions to maximize sales.
- Motivate, coach, and manage the store team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Control costs and store operations, including inventory management, payroll, administration, and scheduling.
- Monitor KPIs and team performance by maintaining reports and notifying the District Manager of action plans.
- Analyze commercial data and take appropriate actions to achieve KPIs.
- Support through team and product training.
- Hire and onboard high-caliber team members with a passion for denim.
Requirements
- Has a passion for the brand and lives its values.
- Has experience in efficiently managing a team and a strong track record of developing a team.
- Has leadership experience working towards KPIs and controlling costs in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Has a good understanding of HR strategies and matters.
- Has experience in effectively managing store operations, inventory, and administrative tasks.
