About the Role

As a Project Manager for Rowa Installations, you will coordinate installation and commissioning engineers, managing robotic dispensing unit installations from aftersales to completion. This role involves working on multiple projects concurrently and requires regular travel.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Solutions Manager, stakeholders, projects, and installation teams to deliver projects to agreed project plan deadlines and to the customers’ satisfaction.
  • Design and specification of the bespoke Robotics equipment design.
  • Act as the main point of contact with the customer through the project phase.
  • Control and communication of project documentation, including timelines, project plans, drawings, kick-off meeting notes, milestones, and site meeting notes.
  • Accurately maintain company records and record customer information.
  • Perform on-site surveys to document the site and any restrictions.
  • Overview and manipulation of technical 3D drawings on CAD.
  • Compile the build configuration for the products in the inventory ordering system.
  • Take ownership of complex issues, determine root cause, and implement resolution.
  • Perform administrative duties including expenses and online training.
  • Maintain a proactive attitude towards customer and department needs.
  • Maintain a proactive attitude towards lessons learned and personal training.
  • Achieve individual and team target goals.
  • Work away from home when required to assist project installations, attend internal & external meetings, and attend training.
  • Work in operational pharmacy environments, newly built healthcare facilities, or sites undergoing renovation or construction activities.
  • Complete site safety training.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Take site measurements.
  • Conduct inspections that may involve working at height, including the use of ladders when assessing installation requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager in a similar role within industrial engineering, civil engineering, automation industry, or capital projects.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to arrange own diary and prioritize appointments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and project coordination.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and effectively manage your own schedule.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating on-site teams and managing installation activities.
  • Comfortable working with technical documentation and project drawings.
  • High level of IT literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
