About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will take on the role of deputy team lead, providing professional and organizational support to the property management team. You will independently manage a portfolio of residential properties.
Responsibilities
- Professional and disciplinary co-leadership of our property management team
- Sparring partner for department management
- Independent management and support of a residential property portfolio
- Organization, coordination, and control of maintenance and repair measures
- Processing and handling of insurance claims in cooperation with our in-house department
- Implementation of rent increases in the privately financed and subsidized housing sector
- Close cooperation with owners, owner representatives, and internal departments
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or further training as a real estate administrator (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in the management of residential properties
- Very good knowledge of housing industry processes
- Confident use of MS Office and housing industry software
- Communication skills, organizational talent, and structured way of working
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Leadership experience, confident demeanor, and a good feel for people and situations
