About the Role

Lucid Labs is an AI-first studio where AI agents are used in the daily operations of real companies, checking invoices, categorizing inquiries, and monitoring funding landscapes. We focus on building AI that is productive and impactful, differentiating ourselves from AI that remains in the demo phase. This role offers the opportunity to become AI-native before graduation by building real AI solutions that run productively for businesses, a crucial skill for the future.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of sub-projects in client engagements, from discovery to go-live.
Build agent and automation workflows using Claude, n8n, and our internal stack.
Conduct discovery research, evaluate public sources, test hypotheses, and prepare briefings for initial meetings.
Prepare clear, structured, and concise workshop materials and client updates.
Co-moderate client meetings (on-site or video), document discussions, and send out next steps on the same day.
Optimize processes both internally and for clients.
Collaborate across business areas including consulting, product, sales, and internal operations.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in any field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Physics, Law, Economics, Industrial Engineering).
Native-level German proficiency and fluent English; client communication is in German, including writing to managing directors.
Serious engagement with AI tools for tasks that would otherwise take hours.
Ability to explain complex topics simply, both in writing and verbally.
Structured work approach, proactive thinking, and willingness to speak up when issues are identified.
