About the Role
This Executive Assistant role provides executive-level administrative support to senior staff in the CRA Competition team. The successful candidate will be a critical face to our customers, responsible for professional communication, initiative, responsiveness, and organizing meetings, calls, travel, and billing for a professional services business.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to VPs and senior staff, including calendar management, drafting correspondence, project organization, travel coordination, file maintenance, and organizing meetings and social events.
- Provide administrative backup for other executive assistants/support staff.
- Assist with client billing, circulating conflict checks, and drafting client engagement letters.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and time-sheets in a timely manner.
- Lead local onboarding activities, including welcoming new hires and coordinating onboarding processes.
- Act as an internal and external liaison with corporate departments and other practices.
- Manage logistics for company meetings and team-building events.
- Serve as the point person for office needs and ordering supplies.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Experience in professional services (consulting, law, accounting, financial services) is preferred.
- Experience with Oracle’s financial reporting system is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Energetic self-starter capable of accomplishing tasks independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a cooperative and professional attitude.
- Good judgment under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Experience within high-performing teams.
- Well-organized, flexible, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
