About the Role
As Leiter:in Projektingenieurwesen, you will lead the technical evaluation and support of projected new plants within the power plant group, contributing to the development of generation facilities and maintenance strategies. You will ensure all requirements in new construction projects are met and guarantee operational readiness for new plant takeovers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical evaluation and support of projected new plants within the power plant group.
- Contribute to the further development of generation facilities and the development of maintenance strategies and standardized repair procedures for projected new plants in preparation for concluding framework agreements.
- Ensure all requirements in new construction projects are met and guarantee operational readiness for the takeover of new plants.
- Participate in the development of the O&M concept and maintain the O&M Guideline.
- Define requirements from an operational and maintenance perspective and review their implementation in the technical documents of new construction projects.
- Coordinate closely with the Projects unit and manage operational readiness based on the phase plan and OR checklist.
- Participate in the on-call duty.
Requirements
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in Industrial Engineering, Plant Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Process Engineering, Utility Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
- Several years of professional experience and leadership experience, ideally from maintenance or operations in the energy industry.
- Experience in implementing large projects, possibly as a project manager.
- Experience in implementing and realizing requirements for KRITIS generation plants.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP.
- Sense of responsibility, strong team-building, and communication skills.
- Fluent German language skills at a minimum of C1 level as the primary working language.
