About the Role
The Project Coordinator is a proactive individual eager to cut their teeth and get stuck into all areas of Experiential Marketing. With a keen desire to learn and a passion for the industry, the Project Coordinator will have the opportunity to work across a multitude of service areas, including Customer Service, Account & Project Administration, and Event Production Support. This role will involve joining the project team for one of OBE’s biggest clients, delivering a large-scale, major sporting campaign in summer 2027, with a significant proportion of the first 6 months allocated to customer support. The role is varied and will work closely with account, production, and creative functions to build live experiences in line with client briefs and objectives, working across multiple projects from large campaigns to smaller activations. You will collaborate creatively with colleagues, suppliers, and clients to deliver high-quality campaigns, bringing disruptive and innovative ideas.
Responsibilities
- Customer service response management via email and phone
- Being main point of contact for all customer enquiries, including interest in hospitality services
- Supporting the delivery of content on digital platforms, including website and social
- Inputting into content concepts and timings
- Supporting the day-to-day delivery of customer engagement and acquisition campaigns/planners
- Assisting the Account Lead in managing day-to-day relationships with allocated client
- Working alongside the Account Lead to facilitate client briefs
- Managing specific day-to-day administrative tasks, including KPI weekly reporting
- Supporting the creation of key client documentation for event day
- Managing your own workload using OBE London’s project management processes
- Supporting with the presentation of responses to briefs and key documents to clients
- Supporting Account Lead with the management of delivery budgets
- Supporting the Event Production Lead with innovative and creative solutions in the design and delivery phase of campaigns
- Assisting the Event Production Lead with the management of key suppliers, stakeholders, and partners
- Supporting on-ground execution of client events
- Supporting the completion of key event delivery documentation
Requirements
