About the Role

This role involves planning, organizing, and conducting training sessions, courses, and games for female select teams, particularly U12/U14, and training within the context of elite football schools. It also includes conducting qualification measures for coaches, scouting and selecting talented female players, and providing individual career support for young Berlin talents, including communication with guardians.

Responsibilities

Planning, organization, and execution of training sessions, courses, and games for female select teams (especially U12/U14) and training in the context of elite football schools.

Cooperation with clubs, committees, elite schools, and sports-focused schools.
Collaboration with DFB talent development and relevant association partners.
Support for press and public relations.
Evaluation and further development of sports-related measures.

Requirements

Minimum DFB B+ license (A-license (before 2023), A+ desirable).
Completed degree in Sports Science, Pedagogy, or comparable qualification.
Practical experience in talent development and training work in performance-oriented youth football.
In-depth knowledge of the DFB training philosophy and association structures.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as pedagogical competence.
Independent, structured, and reliable way of working.
Flexibility in terms of time (willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel).
Proficient in common office applications.
Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
Class B driver's license desirable.
Game understanding (tactics, principles, game models).
Ability for age- and development-oriented training management.
Competence in talent diagnostics and individual development planning.
Proficient in the DFB training and development philosophy.
Coaching competence (feedback processes, management of decision-making behavior).
Planning and management of long-term development processes (player careers).
Networking within the performance system (DFB, clubs, elite schools).
