About the Role

Develop AI use cases from initial idea through functional prototypes to productive solutions. Responsibilities

• Identify and develop innovative AI use cases with real business value.
• Implement AI applications independently from idea to MVP to productive solution.
• Develop, test, and optimize prompts and interaction logic for modern AI models.
• Build reusable prompt structures and automated AI workflows.
• Transfer prototypes into scalable solutions in collaboration with business departments and development teams.
• Evaluate the quality and reliability of AI results and continuously optimize them.
• Document use cases, prompt logic, and results, and successfully hand them over to the organization.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a technology or product-related environment.
• Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration with a technical focus, or a comparable qualification.
• Enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and new technologies.
• Practical experience with generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI tools.
• Experience or strong interest in Prompt Engineering.
• Understanding of how context, prompts, and iterations influence the quality of AI results.
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in quickly turning ideas into functional solutions.
• Structured and self-reliant way of working.
• Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (at least B2).
